Mr Wijaya has over 40 years of experience in the oil palm business. After earning his business degree in Singapore, he joined STA Resources and dedicated himself in growing the Group to where it is today.
Mr Widjaja has over 40 years of experience in the oil palm plantation business. He was appointed the Managing Director of PT Sumber Tani Agung in 1994 and has overseen the growth of STA Resources to a conglomerate of palm oil plantations and production facilities.
Mr Ang has over 20 years of experience in the plantation business. Prior to joining STA Resources, he worked for Utomo & Co (an affiliate of Arthur Andersen). He has a bachelors degree in accounting and a diploma in computer science.
Mr Nadaraj has over 30 years of experience managing plantations across the Malaysian Peninsula and Indonesia, which includes 26 years with United Plantation Berhad, Malaysia. His specialization is in the cultivation and bio-management of plantations to ensure healthy crop and high production yields of fresh-fruit bunches.
Mr Tan is a Professional Engineer with a career that spans across 48 years in agribusiness. Over his career, he has strategized, led and managed the development and operations of more than 100,000 hectares of oil palm plantations in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Mrs Yenika started in STA Resources in 1994 and had 25 years of experience in palm oil plantation business. She has held various positions throughout the Group. As the Vice President of Purchasing & Marketing, she oversees the procurement of raw materials and the marketing arm of STA Resources. She has bachelor degree in English Literature from Methodist University of Indonesia, Medan.
Mr. Go Kok Siang has over 15 years of experience in the Palm Oil Mill business. He has held various positions within the STA Resources engineering / production departments. He has been integral to the establishment, management, and growth of palm oil mills in STA Resources. He has a bachelors degree in Technical Industrial Management.
Mr Sutio joined STA Resources in 2010. He has experience in managing accountancy and taxation in other plantation companies before he finally joined STA Resources in 2010. He has a bachelors degree in Accounting, a Masters degree in Management and also holds a Taxation Authorization License from the Indonesian Tax Courts.
Mr Leitch has acted as STAR's Sustainability Advisor since 2018. He brings over 40 years experience working in the Asia-Pacific region, including over 24 years in Indonesia. Jim is a graduate of the Australian National University and the University of Canterbury. He has always encouraged accountable plantation planning and practices with minimal footprint. Thus allowing communities: natural, local as well as businesses to coexist sustainably on our dynamic planet.
