Suwandi Widjaja - President Commissioner
Mr. Suwandi Widjaya has over 40 years of experience in oil palm plantation business. He has been the Managing Director of STA Resources since 1994, when the company was in the humble origins operating a mere 1.900 hectares of planted estate. Under his leadership, by June 30th, 2021, STA Resources had prospered through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic growth into a plantation conglomerate of oil palm production facilities. Mr. Widjaja obtained his Diploma in Business Management and Administration from Stanford College, Singapore in 1976.
Riswan Wijaya - Vice President Commissioner
Mr. Riswan Wijaya has over 40 years of of experience in oil palm plantation business. Upon achieving his business degree in Singapore, he reinforced the family business and dedicated himself to developing STA Resources up to the present day eminence.
Robby Sumargo - Independent Commissioner
Mr. Robby Sumargo is the Managing Partner at Kreston Indonesia with an expertise in business tax and assurance consulting. He has over 25 years of experience as a professional consultant in business and taxation. He embarked on his career in audit and assurance at KPMG (1993), Grant Thornton (1998-2011), and Kreston Indonesia from 2011 up to present day. He is a certified Indonesian Tax Court Attorney, Asean CPA, Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Tax Accountant Indonesia Accountant Association (IAI), Indonesian Public Accountant Association (IAPI) and Directorate General of Taxation.
Rudi Ngadiman - Independent Commissioner
Embarking on his career journey as a field engineer, Mr. Rudi Ngadiman has over 33 years of professional experience in engineering and more than 18 years experience leading major agro business companies like Sinarmas Group and Provident Agro. At present, he is also active commissioner of PT. Surya Jaya Prima Perkasa (since 2011), PT. Karya Pratama Mandiri (since 2015), and the President Director of PT. Karya Langgeng Mandiri (since 2019). He earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universitas Tarumanegara in Jakarta.
Tan Keng Tong - Commissioner
Joining STA Resources since 2014, Mr. Tan Keng Tong is a professional engineer with a 50-year career in agribusiness. Throughout his career journey, he has built strategy, led and managed the development and operation of over 100,000 hectares of oil palm estates in Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Philippines. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Technical College, Kuala Lumpur, awarded in 1971. Upon passing parts one and two of the Council of the Engineering Instituions, UK, he further registered for professional engineer certification from Malaysia and Chartered Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, UK.
Lele Tanjung - Commissioner
Mr. Lele Tanjung is an entrepreneur with an over 40 years of business experience in the field of oil palm and tapioca starch. Upon joining STA Resources in 2005, he took a major role in helping develop the company’s business into a plantation conglomerate of oil palm production facilities.

Mosfly Ang - President Director
Mr. Mosfly Ang has an over 22 years of experience in plantation business and began his career as a Senior Auditor at Utomo & Co (affliliated with Arthur Anderson). He joined STA Resources in 1999. He was appointed President Director from his previous position as Vice President Director. He holds a bachelor degree in accounting from Universitas Sumatera Utara and a diploma in computer studies from Institut Bisnis Sumatera Utara.
Lim Chi Yin - Director
Mr. Lim Chi Yin has over 30 year career in accounting and finance. He began his career journey as an accountant in Ernst & Young in London and then proceeded to work for a number of major oil palm plantation companies in Indonesia as well as in Malaysia. He graduated from Hull University, UK, and has a qualification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in UK and Wales in 1988.
Go Kok Siang - Director
Mr. Go Kok Siang holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology with over 18 years experience in palm oil mill business, and has been part of various leading projects. In addition, his high commitment and loyalty lead him to continuously shaping a sustainable future of the company’s business by making sure the company is always taking a lead ahead of others in terms of new technology and system.
Bie Jan Jusri - Director
Ms. Bie Jan Jusri commenced on her career at STA Resources in 1994 and has been in charge of various strategic positions in the company. She is currently the commercial director of the company, supervising the procurement and marketing operations in STA Resources.
