STAA's Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
STAA has a firm commitment to carrying out operational activities in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards in accordance with existing regulations. This is a form of STAA's responsibility to protect all employees and provide a safe, comfortable and conducive work environment.
The OHS management system implemented by STAA refers to the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control (HIRAC) method and is built based on risks that have been determined through identification in STAA's operational environment. This control system starts from elimination, substitution, engineering control, administrative control to the provision of standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Routinely carry out various programs, monitoring and training
In order to strengthen management and employee awareness regarding OHS, at the beginning of the year a regular OHS month will be held as a form of commitment to this matter as well as a means of increasing awareness of OHS aspects.
On the other hand, STAA is also actively carrying out various programs to prevent work-related illnesses. This includes monitoring the work environment, carrying out regular health checks, and providing training to employees.
